The story of SpreadMyFuel is, above all, the story of a passionate individual. I am Vincent Franzini—a scientist by training, an entrepreneur at heart, and a firm believer that nutrition should combine both pleasure and well-being.
It all began in 2017 when I was still a young man without a degree, driven by the desire to create. I started a homemade granola business with a friend. Unfortunately, he decided not to continue the adventure before success could come, and the project was eventually abandoned. Determined to succeed, I chose to pursue higher education and passed the entrance and admission exams.
With nearly two bachelor’s degrees—one in medicine and the other in chemistry and biotechnology—I explored the depths of science to understand the impact of nutrition on health and performance. But beyond academics, it was my personal passion that led me to create SpreadMyFuel. As a lifelong athlete and an insatiable learner, I sought to combine my scientific knowledge with my love for great-tasting, high-quality food. My goal was to craft a healthy alternative to traditional spreads: a delicious, protein-packed, vegan, and Omega-3-rich recipe, enhanced with freeze-dried fruit powders.
But SpreadMyFuel is more than just a product. It represents a philosophy—one of self-improvement, personal achievement, and respect for the body. It’s fuel for both the mind and body, an invitation to pursue ambitions while enjoying life’s pleasures.
My vision doesn’t stop here. Through this brand, I aim to inspire a community to rethink their approach to nutrition and embrace a lifestyle where performance and well-being go hand in hand.
